On Tuesday the 18th of July, a group of students consisting of Peer Educators and Student Council representatives got the chance to attend a talk given by an amazing team of employees from the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC).
The team from PUC talked about several types of engineering, the services they provide including renewable energy, their educational backgrounds, their career paths, the challenges they face, and what they love most about their jobs.
We found the talk to be very informative, educational and we appreciated the fact they made it interactive for the students. They each came in prepared with their personalised Power Point presentations. They gave us the opportunity to ask questions or seek clarifications.
